3 Best Snacks While Waiting In Between Games

 Everyone knows when you wake up early for a tournament or when your out late past dinner time waiting to play you want a snack. It is hard to decide what is a good snack because you don't want to eat to much because you have another game ahead of you. I have narrowed down my Top 3 Best snacks to have while waiting in between games. 

1. Apple. An apple is the safest bet while waiting it has so many benefits not just because it tastes good but because it helps you stay healthy off the court so your not putting junk inside your body. It is nutritious and gives you energy to play. The apple can even be cut into slices for a more accessible way to eat it. The only downsize i see is that it is a limited quantity if its just one apple.

2. PB & J Sandwich. You can never go wrong with a PB & J sandwich it is something that a lot of people enjoy. The Peanut butter gives off a high amount of protein so you can keep playing through long periods of time. It is a quick and easy snack that can make your energy last for a long period of time. Just make sure you wash your hands after eating the sandwich incase some people have allergies. 

3. Granola bars. These simple yet effective snacks can energize you for a short period of time. My personal favorite are the CLEAN proteins bars they have a bunch of proteins that makes you ready to go for any match. They taste amazing and there are so many different brands you can get them from. Make sure your Bars aren't too high on sugar so that you don't burn out way to quick.
